Made from durable 95A TPU, this flexible gasket seals the 55mm x 25mm opening at the top of the printer where the PTFE tube enters the chamber. By closing this gap, you can fully enclose the chamber, improving heat retention and making you one step closer to enabling stable high-temperature printing for advanced materials.

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 10–20%
• Sparce Infill Pattern: Gyroid
• Walls: 2 walls
• Supports: Required for full model; split version available for support-free printing
• Print Speed: 20–30 mm/s for TPU
• Bed Temp: 50–60°C
• Nozzle Temp: 220–240°C

Installation Guide:

1. Remove the PTFE tube from the top inlet.
2. Place the gasket over the opening, aligning the PTFE pass-through hole.
3. Reinsert the PTFE tube through the gasket.
4. Ensure a snug fit for a fully sealed chamber.
