Personally, I use it all the time. I pour out the water, rinse the containers, and put them away in a drawer. I just use a metal key. I don't dispute your opinion; everyone is different and does what they feel is best. The most important thing is to keep your home warm. Best regards.

I don't understand that. I've been using it for two winters now and it works perfectly. I use it with a metal key. The plastic key is optional; the choice is up to the user
