Radio Knob for Vintage Philips ITC490N Radio

I bought a vintage Philips ITC490N cathedral-style radio on eBay and found one of the knobs was missing — so I modelled this replacement in Fusion 360 and printed it on my Bambu X1C.

The knob is designed to slide on securely to the original shaft and, just like the original, can be easily removed for cleaning or adjustment.

There are two knobs mounted on the front plate of the radio — the left one controls volume, and the right one handles FM tuning.

• ABS or PETG (for better heat and UV resistance)
• PLA also works for display pieces

🖨️ Tips:

• 0.16–0.2 mm layer height
• 100% infill for a solid, tactile feel
• Optional light sanding and satin clear coat for a vintage look

A small restoration touch for anyone bringing an old Philips valve radio back to life.
