Description

Grumblena the Grinch (AMS)

Grumblena spent weeks in her quiet cave, brewing a potent, fast-acting blight. A single vial poured at the base of the great tree, and by morning, the tree lighting celebration would be her next victim!

But she needed a diversion. "Grumble!" she snapped.

Her brother stumbled in, fur askew. "I'm busy! Perfecting my sneer!"

Grumblena rolled her eyes. "Forget your sneer. Tonight is your big moment. I need you on the east side of town, as loud as you can be. Rant. Yell. Steal something pointless, like a single string of lights, WHATEVER"

Grumble’s eyes lit up. "OKAY! Yes! My moment! They won't know what hit em!"

"Exactly," Grumblena said with a dry sigh.

That night, Grumble was a magnificent distraction. He set off a large firework and tried to "steal" the mayor's 500-pound iron reindeer statue, making a dreadful racket. As every Who ran to watch the spectacle, Grumblena, silent as a falling snowflake, approached the magnificent, unguarded town tree on the west side.

She crossed her arms, savoring the silence. She uncorked the vial.

PLUNK! "Happy Blight-mas," she whispered, pouring the purple liquid into the soil.

By sunrise, it was done. The Whos gathered, not in song, but in horrified, gagging silence. The great tree was wilted, weeping sap, and smelled like rotten eggs. The celebration was, officially, cancelled.

Grumble returned to the cave, confused. "They didn't even care about the reindeer! They just... went home!"

Grumblena merely smirked into her mug of cold sludge. "Such a shame. Must have been a bad year for pines."

Printing Recommendations:

  • Orientation: This model is designed to be printed flat on its bottom for the best results and to minimize support needs on the detailed front.
  • Supports: Supports are recommended for the front-facing details, especially for the chin, mustache, and eyebrows, to ensure all the intricate overhangs print cleanly.
  • Layer Height: For a quality print, a layer height of 0.16mm is suggested.
  • Infill: 8% infill is sufficient for PETG
  • Filament Used/Suggested: Bambu PETG HF (Lime Green), Elegoo Rapid PETG Green, RAPID PETG Black, Sunlu PETG Yellow
