Thank you for the support! ❤️

A clean, functional enclosure for a 32×64 RGB HUB75 LED matrix powered by a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W. Perfect for ADS-B flight trackers, pixel clocks, stock trackers, weather dashboards, transit boards, or any animated LED display project.

This enclosure focuses on printability, airflow, and easy assembly.

Features:

  • Designed for a 32x64 LED matrix + Raspberry Pi Zero 2W
  • Rear panel includes:
    • 12V DC barrel jack opening
    • Power switch cutout
    • Ventilation slots for airflow and LED heat dissipation
  • Front bezel gives the display a clean framed appearance
  • Split enclosure design for printers with smaller beds
  • Internal hardware provisions allow the two halves to be securely re-joined after printing
  • Prints without any supports
  • Spacious interior for wiring, power supplies, peripheral electronics RGB matrix bonnet etc.

Assembly Hardware:

To rejoin the two split halves, the enclosure uses:

  • 3x M3x14 screws
  • 3x M3 nylon locknuts

These drop into the built-in fastening features. Ignore this if you are printing the enclosure in one piece. See attached image showing plane of separation and fasteners.

My Use Case:

Shown running as a live ADS-B flight tracker, with an idle screen displaying time, temperature, and a 3-day weather forecast. Smooth, bright, and extremely readable from across the room.

BOM:

  1. HUB75 32x64, 4mm spacing RGB matrix (Tested with Aliexpress and Adafruit displays).
  2. Adafruit RGB Matrix Bonnet for Raspberry Pi (Product ID: 3211)
  3. SPST power switch (MPN: [will update] )
  4. 5.5mm Barrel jack (MPN: [will update] )
  5. M3x10 screws for attaching display to enclosure
  6. M3x6 screws to attach RPi to the enclosure
