Fence Pixel System (Double Bar Mat)

🎨 Turn Your Fence into a Work of Art!

Everyone knows standard double-rod mat fences. They are functional but often boring. With this modular "Fence Pixel" system, you can transform your garden fence into a personalized privacy screen or a true pixel art masterpiece!

The photos show how I implemented the silhouettes of my dogs as a creative privacy screen. Your imagination is the only limit.

The Solution in Detail:

• ✅ Modular Pixel System: Designed to perfectly fit the standard mesh (approx. 50mm x 200mm) of double-rod mat fences.
• ✅ Targeted Privacy Screen: Either close off the entire fence or strategically place "pixels" to cover only annoying "gaps".
• ✅ Clever 4-Part System: To ensure perfect overlap at the attachment points (eyelets), the system consists of 4 variations (Left open, Right open, Completely open, Completely closed).
• ✅ Ultra-Thin & Fast: At only 1.25mm thick, the parts print extremely quickly and save material.
• ✅ Dimensions: Each element is approx. 47mm wide and 190mm long.

⭐ Optimized 3MF Project Files

You will receive two .3mf project files that can be loaded directly into Bambu Studio:

1. Profile 1: Base Set (4-Parts) (WITHOUT HOLE)
   • Contains the four basic elements (Left/Right/Open/Closed) for perfect overlap, already optimally placed on the print bed.
2. Profile 2: Eye Set (3-Parts) (WITH HOLES)
   • Contains the three elements (Left open, Right open, Completely open) needed to create a "hole" or an eye. The fourth part (completely closed) is logically not needed here.

Simply load and print!

🔧 Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PETG or (for maximum UV resistance) ASA.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Walls: 4 (Important for stability at 1.25mm thickness!)
• Infill Density: 50%
• Infill Pattern: Gyroid
• Supports: no supports.
