Leif the Leaf Turtle Flexi

Hii lovely beans!! 💚
This month’s free little friend for MakerWorld is Leif the Leaf Turtle — one of the very first flexi models I ever made. He is… a little funny. A little funky. A little “I was still learning how things work.” 😭🌱 He's been sitting in my workspace ever since I printed him!!

But!! I’ve strengthened his links as a bonus for you all so he can finally come out of my file archives and have his moment in the sunshine ~ 🍃✨ He will look a little different in the link areas due to this than in my old print I took pictures of in the photos since I bulked them up, but he will be mostly the same and just as cute :D

He deserved some love too!!

Leif has a big leafy shell and a tiny gentle face that looks like he’s thinking one thought (slowly).

Enjoy this smol forest friend freely — print him in cozy greens, autumn oranges, or rainbow magical nonsense, he won’t judge ❤️

P.S. A much fancier turtle friend is coming eventually 👀 I’ve learned a LOT since little Leif, and I cannot wait to show my new lil turtle off!!…

Recommended Print Settings:

• Layer Height: .16
• Infill: 15%
• Supports: Not usually needed for the majority of my flexi files, but feel free to add them if your printer prefers a little help.
• Pro Tip: If the first layers struggle to stick, try slowing down the first layers or increasing the bed temperature slightly.
• Filament: Matte or Regular PLA recommended
• Tested to 80%
