I can't even give a rating since it's hard to slide up and down and doesn't really hold any cards, as advertised.

You need to follow the installation guide. I think you left out the second step, which is to separate the bottom plate and the buckle.

I followed each step, including the separation step. And my cards are 0.61mm wider than the print.

it printed great is why I gave it 5*. I can't get it to slide up or down. its stuck in the position. also my debit and credit cards will not fit in.

I printed another one. I threw my first one away. after step 2 I still had issues with it sliding. I took the top off and put my cards in and the lever didn't slide the cards up so I ended up taking the cards out and put them back in and repeated until the lever started moving the cards. then used the lever a few times to slide the cards out then pushing in. now messing with it with the top on. hope it starts sliding easier with use.

Faced the same issue as some of the other users. The card won't slide up and down. Yes. I detached the upper part as per step 2. I think it's because of the filament material not being flexible hence it takes a lot of force for the card to be pushed and open up the buckle.
