I designed and printed a print-in-place butterfly knife because I couldn’t find a reliable model — every one I tried broke after a day. I created mine to need almost no post-processing and no extra parts, and I added a positive stop so the blade stays upright in the open position without over-rotating. It’s sturdy in use and only requires removing a few supports, which is quick and easy.
