Description

I bought a roof rack for my Porsche 944/924 that was missing the protective rubber pad on the foot resting on the car roof.
This 3D printed replacement has the same dimensions as the original rubber pad and restores full protection and stability.

I also added a second printplate with two TPU protectors for the holder at the rain rail.

Material: GLEETECH TPU 95A (Black)
Filament was dried for 48 hours at 60 °C before printing.
Print settings are included in the project file.

Installation Instructions:
Carefully remove the support structure using a flat-head screwdriver or a pair of pliers.
For installation, you can also use a flat-head screwdriver to help flip the edges of the pad over the metal foot of the roof rack.
It’s easiest to start with one short side and a corner, then continue along one long side, followed by the opposite short side.
Once all four corners are in place, the remaining long side can be flipped over easily to finish the fit.
