What? Why?
- Sensory regulation: Pain stimming can provide a sense of grounding and focus by stimulating the nervous system.
- Emotional expression: It may serve as a way to cope with overwhelming emotions, such as anxiety or frustration.
- Self-soothing: Pain stimming can provide a sense of comfort and relief, similar to the soothing effect of a warm bath or massage.
Inspired by "Little Ouchies" line of products.
The “Large Spikes” version has slightly more spiky feeling than the “Small Spikes” version.
- The “Large Spikes” version is made up of 15 columns and 15 rows of 4mm spikes.
- The “Small Spikes” version is made up of 20 columns and 20 rows of 3mm spikes.
- Both are about 69mm tall (2.7 inches), and 27-29mm wide (1.06-1.14 inches).

⚠️🚨 NOTE: If you're seeing a gap where the vertical seam is, reducing Retraction Length in your filament settings may help with this. 0.8mm is the default with most PLA filaments. For some filaments (including PLA Silk), I have found that reducing this to as low as 0.2mm made a significant difference. 🚨⚠️
