🌿 Conical Joint Case with TPU Lid

This is a super easy-to-print and material-efficient 3D model for a conical joint case designed for secure and airtight storage.

• Airtight Seal: The TPU lid creates an airtight seal, keeping your contents fresh. (I recommend using 95A TPU for the lid).
• Optimal Fit:
  • Designed to fit joints with filter diameters up to 7mm.
  • Supports paper lengths up to 105mm.
  • Compatibility will be improved over time!
• Compact & Lightweight: The case is engineered to be as compact and light as possible while maintaining maximum sealing capability.
• Easy Printing: Minimal material usage and simple geometry make this a quick and straightforward print.

Assembly Instructions ⚙️

1. Remove any support material from the Case (Sleeve) part.
2. Insert the TPU retaining ring on the lid into the designated slot on the case.

Printing Recommendations 🛠️

• Case (Casing/Sleeve): Can be printed in almost any filament (PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.), depending on your desired durability and resilience. Print it in your favorite color or material!
• Lid: Use a flexible filament like TPU 95A for the best airtight performance.
