ZÜCA Handle Cup + Phone Mount (Support-Free Print)

A custom cup and phone mount for ZÜCA-style rolling bags — independently modeled and inspired by the original Koncepts by Kenny design.
This version emphasizes support-free printing, and simple assembly. I made this for others to print for their own use. 

🍺 CUP HOLDER

• Internal diameter: ≈ 80 mm (≈ 3.15 in) — fits most standard tumblers, bottles, and cans.
• Integrated condensation drain channel — sloped base guides water toward the center hole.
• Geometry optimized for support-less printing — efficient and easy to produce.

🧳 BAG MOUNT

• Two snap-fit clips attach securely to the ZÜCA handle uprights.
• Clips print separately and slide into the main body via dual dovetail joints.
• Includes:
  • Standard Fit: tight interference fit for tuned printers (e.g. Bambu H2D).
  • Loose Tolerance Fit: slightly looser dovetails for general printers — superglue recommended.
• ⚠️ During assembly, align parts straight and tap gently with a light mallet — the fit is intentionally snug.

📱 PHONE MOUNT

• Two-part configuration:
  • Phone cradle slides in from the top.
  • Bag mount slides in from the bottom.
• When joined, both dovetails interlock securely without hardware.

🧩 PRINT SETTINGS + MATERIALS

• No supports required
• Recommended: PETG, ABS, or ASA for strength and heat resistance
• PLA not recommended — may soften under heat or tension
• Gallery includes suggested print orientations and assembly references.
