Description

Gridfinity bin (6x6) with default sizing (42mm) and 2.5 height units for saw blades roughly 210-216mm recommended, smaller ones should fit as well good from 185mm to 218mm. The inner cutout of the blade needs to have a 30mm cutout to fit. Larger would work too but could wiggle around.

Choose your buildplate depending on with language you want the label to be. The following options are available:

  • english (Saw Blade - with and without Label Tags)
  • german (Sägeblatt - with and without Label Tags)
  • no label (with and without Label Tags)

The no label option is meant so you can add your own text in Bambu Studio as the space for where the label goes is still reserved.

For this particular gridfinity bin I have created two versions. One with just a simple label in the middle and one with two label tags you can swap on the fly with the idea that when you have a table saw you can have two blades one with large tooth and one for small tooth where you have one stored in the bin and one is equipped in the table saw and you only have to swap out the label tags.

Printed using an AMS with 3 colors in PLA matte without a prime tower (on the regular sized printers) as the 6x6 bin is covering the whole build plate. But even without the prime tower the print quality is fine.

If you are interested in more Gridfinity bins as tool holders have a look at my other models.

(Most of my gridfinity bins are 5 height units for a consistent look. They might be somewhat stackable but ususally I let the tool stick out on the top a bit, so stackability is often times not really practical. The saw blade bins here are the exception with 2.5 height units and they are specifically meant to be stacked. So stacking two of these gets you again on the same height es the other 5 height unit bins from my collection)

Boost Me (for free)

Liking my model and print profiles as well as a boost encourage me to create upload new models and refine existing ones. But I also appreciate feedback and improvements within the comment section :)

Sharing a photo of your print would be greatly appreciated, as it helps me and others see how well the model prints.

If you want to match the color scheme I went for have a look at the Bill of Materials for the excact filaments I've used.
