Description

I made a universal DIN rail mount for your DIY projects. It snaps onto a standard 35 mm DIN rail and has two holes for M3 screws, 71 mm center-to-center. You can design your own box, adapter, or anything else you need to attach to your DIN rail.

Now includes a WAGO 221 holder that clips directly onto the mount. The holder fits up to 6 WAGO 221 connectors (2–5 pole) at a 45° angle for easy cable access. Each connector clicks in individually from the side — satisfying click, secure hold.

Both parts print without supports. I printed mine in PETG with 4 walls, 25% gyroid infill — PLA should also work fine.

More accessories coming.

I am making a stand for pipettes. (excuse the rapid prototyping zip ties) This model with these settings works perfect to attach to the Din Rail. No issues with use and it holds securely. However. the print broke when removing from the middle of the din rail. . This might be from my older PETg, but just use caution and add and remove from the end. I am printing more of these without hesitation. thanks for the model!

thank u for your comment , i will take a look at the model and make a small modification. the lower springed hook might need to have a rounded tip for easier removal from the rail.

Worked perfectly or me. Very professional and functional design. Was minor binding post-print, but a bit force released it. Better to have a bit of binding than to have a sloppy fit. Very happy with this model. Will save in favourites.

fYI I printed 16 more of these and have not had a failure since. I let the plate cool completely and that seems to have made the difference…same settings and filament. I agree with you assessment of the rounding of the bottom catch, but it would only be an improvement, not a fix. again, this is a great model. thx
