Over time and many disassemblies, the original screws of Merlin Gerin electrical panels often deteriorate or get lost.
I have therefore designed these 100% compatible replacement screws, specifically adapted for Merlin Gerin enclosures (as shown in the photo).
They allow you to easily replace the original plastic screws while maintaining an identical appearance and hold.
Technical details:
- Compatible model: Merlin Gerin electrical panels
- Head type: Phillips (PH)
- 3D Printed: orientation head towards the build plate, no support
- Thread optimized for a firm hold without forcing the enclosure's plastic
- Recommended material: PETG or ABS (heat and deformation resistance)
Use:
Perfect for renovating an old electrical panel without having to replace the entire enclosure.
Installation is quick and clean — simply re-screw the facade as originally.
Note:
Tested on a Merlin Gerin enclosure, I have not tested it on other brands.
