This 3D printable cable organizer is designed to keep bicycle brake and gear cables, as well as electronic wires, neat and tangle-free. The spiral clip structure allows easy installation and removal without disconnecting cables. Simply wrap the organizer around the cables to improve aesthetics and organize the cable mess.
Material Recommendation:
TPU 95A for best flexibility, durability, and relatively easy printing. TPU 90A works as well, provided the filament is properly dried and the printer is well-fed.
I do not recommend TPU for AMS and the rest of materials (PLA, PETG etc.) - those are too stiff and will eventually become brittle during application or usage (personal experience).
Note:
The profile includes built-in supports as part of the design. After printing, grip both ends of the spiral and pull firmly from each side to untangle it.
