Description
This custom Circle Router Jig is designed for the Bosch GKF18V-8 palm router. It allows you to easily cut perfect circles with high precision and can be used in different configurations depending on your setup.
The jig can be used with or without the base board:
- With parts #3 and #6 (no center hole) for a solid setup.
- Without parts #3 and #6 (with center hole) for direct pivot mounting.
A STEP file is included for easy modification and customization to fit your needs.
Assembly Notes:
- During printing, pause at layer 105 to insert an M6 nut into the handle.
- Use an M6x30 hex bolt (or longer if needed) for the handle screw.
- An M3x10 socket head screw is used for the center mount or the drilled center hole (see exploded view).
Recommended Materials:
- PETG
- ABS
- PLA (not as durable as the others)
Included Files:
- STL and STEP models for full customizability
- Exploded assembly drawing for reference
This jig is a great addition for anyone using the Bosch GKF18V-8 who wants a reliable and modifiable circle cutting solution.
