Summary
This is a custom 3D printed enclosure designed to neatly organize and protect the electronics of a DIY 3D printer build.
It features dedicated mounting points and cutouts for:
- BTT SKR V1.4 mainboard
- BTT 24V UPS module
- Raspberry Pi 4 (for Klipper server)
- 24V Power Supply with IEC320-C14 AC socket
- Step-down converter module (5V) for powering the Raspberry Pi
- Step-down converter module (5–12V) for a cooling fan
- 80mm cooling fan mount (top exhaust) for airflow
- Toggle switch for safe Raspberry Pi power control
- Toggle switch for enabling a 24V DC output
- 5.5mm barrel jack for external 24V output
- 2.5mm camera remote trigger connector (for timelapse shutter control via mainboard)
The design ensures:
- Clean cable management with side cutouts and labeling
- Efficient cooling with vent slots and a top-mounted fan
- Easy access to ports for Klipper server, camera, and expansion
