I didn't want to see the rusty screws on my van, so I made these covers.

You can print the logo of your choice on it; mine has a VW logo.

 

Around each tensioner, I also placed a rubber ring to have more preload.

I printed it for 17-inch rims. Does the disc sit flush on the rim with your 16-inch, or is there a gap in between
