My dog broke the foam of my Jlab Go Work Wireless & Wired On-Ear Headset earpads (66mm diameter), so I made this model (from primitives) to be printed in TPU A95.

 

In this case, I did not print perimeters or surfaces, only infill. If the fabric cover is also broken, print them with two (2) top surfaces and two (2) bottom surfaces… but in that case, you will have to use glue to attach them to your headset.

 

For this model, I used Printalot’s “Flex” filament.
