Description
Retrofittable Headband for Wireless Sony Headphones
This headband replaces or complements the original neckband of many Sony wireless headphones, such as the WI-C series.
It was designed for a stable yet flexible fit.
I printed the model using a fine 0.2 mm nozzle for extra clean details.
However, it can also be printed easily with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle.
The fit is comfortable and provides good support, even during movement.
Thanks to its open design, the headband may also work with other headphone models.
I used PETG for durability, but PLA works as well.
The retrofit headband is ideal as a replacement in case of cable damage or loss of the original part.
