Why I Made This:
Although Bambu Lab offers filament without spools, I often end up with a bunch of leftover spools from other brands. I was thinking about what to do with these spools and came across some futuristic-style fitness equipment online. So, I decided to use the spools as an inner core to make a kettlebell for arm exercises at the office.

Design and Assembly:
Since everyone has different weight requirements, and this isn’t meant for a gym setting, making multiple kettlebells of various weights isn’t practical. Therefore, the design adopts a modular structure, allowing assembly based on different weight needs. The main PLA structure unit weighs approximately 1 kg. An inner core module is designed inside, which can be filled with water or sand, depending on the user’s weight requirements. For those needing heavier weights, multiple inner cores can be stacked, though the size will become larger.

The handle connection can be secured with super glue, but for safety reasons, it’s better to fix it with 60mm long self-tapping screws.
Reminder: I have only tested the weight of a single inner core set filled with water (approximately 3 kg). For other weights, users should adjust accordingly while ensuring safety. I am not responsible for any consequences that may arise.

Why I need your Help (Boost). To have a printable print it requires a lot of testing, assemble. The amount of filament required is always huge. All the boost point will going to my filament fund so I can use the points to exchange for new filament gift card and then make more interesting prints Thank you again.
