General

With the latest expansions I needed something to store the gear cards. I have one insert for the main box, however it is already full.

Until now I use still the original insert for the Gamblers Chest expansion, because I want to wait for the upcoming expensions to have an idea

where to store which component and what insert I will use. Nevertheless I needed something to have one place to store all the gear cards

and I thought the box of the Black Knight Expansion is perferct for it now.

Design Goal

• it has to be flexible in sorting gear cards, so I can adapt for my campaigns
• sleeved cards have to fit
• it should fit into the box of Black Knight Expansion
• all gear cards in one box

Additional Notes

• The fit is very tight and is perfect for my sleeves. Check with a test print if it fits for you. There is still a bit of room in the Black Knight Expansion box, so the witdh of the holder could be 1-2mm wider, however I kept in that way because I did not want to print all of them another time
• the original dividers are not supported or you need to cut them if you want to use them. I did not consider using them because the height of the Black Knight box is too small. I designed my own addons for the dividers provided here: Captions for Dividers

Print Notes

• my first print had some minor problems at the end of the model. The adhesion on the plate was not perfect, so I added some brim ears in the corners. I'm still new to 3D printing, maybe some other settings would have helped also. With that everything was fine
• 5 of this boxes fit into the Black Knight Expansion box (plate 1)
• just print as many dividers as you like (plate 2)
