<h3>Druckprofil für das Smartwatch-Gehäuse (ESP32-C3 Zero)</h3>Dieses Druckprofil ist speziell für das Gehäuse meiner selbstgebauten Smartwatch optimiert, das mit dem ESP32-C3 Zero Board kompatibel ist. Es basiert auf meinen Tests und Empfehlungen, um eine hohe Präzision und eine saubere Oberfläche zu erzielen. Das Profil ist für Bambu Studio oder ähnliche Slicer-Software gedacht und unterstützt zwei Größen: Erwachsene (Armband ca. 22 cm) und Jugendliche (Armband ca. 20 cm).<h4>Empfohlene Druckeinstellungen:</h4><ul><li>Filament: PLA oder PETG (für bessere Haltbarkeit und Flexibilität empfehle ich PETG, besonders für das Armband).</li><li>Düsengröße: 0,2 mm (für maximale Detailgenauigkeit; eine 0,4 mm Düse ist alternativ möglich, aber die Oberfläche wird dann etwas rauer).</li><li>Layerhöhe: 0,12–0,16 mm (0,12 mm für die beste Qualität, 0,16 mm für schnellere Druckzeiten).</li><li>Infill: Mindestens 20 % (Gyroid oder Cubic für eine gute Balance zwischen Stabilität und Materialverbrauch; erhöht auf 30–40 % für mehr Robustheit).</li><li>Wände: 3–4 Perimeter (für Stabilität des Gehäuses).</li><li>Top/Bottom Layers: 4–5 Schichten (für eine glatte Oberfläche).</li><li>Druckgeschwindigkeit: 50–80 mm/s (langsamer für feine Details wie das Logo und die Gewindeeinsätze).</li><li>Bett-Temperatur: 60 °C für PLA, 80 °C für PETG.</li><li>Düsen-Temperatur: 200–210 °C für PLA, 230–240 °C für PETG.</li><li>Supports: Nur wo notwendig (z. B. für Überhänge am Armband); Tree-Supports empfohlen, um Spuren zu minimieren.</li><li>Druckzeit (geschätzt): Ca. 2–3 Stunden pro Gehäuse, abhängig von der Größe und Einstellungen.</li></ul><h4>Zusätzliche Tipps für den Druck:</h4><ul><li>Logo integrieren: Bitte druckt das Modell immer mit dem integrierten Logo – das ist ein Muss, um das Design authentisch zu halten. Es macht das Gehäuse nicht nur schöner, sondern unterstreicht auch den DIY-Charakter des Projekts.</li><li>Nachbearbeitung: Die Messing-Gewindeeinsätze (Heat Inserts) können nach dem Druck mit einem Lötkolben vorsichtig eingeschmolzen werden. <h3>Print Profile for the Smartwatch Case (ESP32-C3 Zero)</h3>This print profile is specially optimized for the case of my self-built smartwatch, compatible with the ESP32-C3 Zero Board. It is based on my tests and recommendations to achieve high precision and a clean surface. The profile is intended for Bambu Studio or similar slicer software and supports two sizes: Adults (wristband approx. 22 cm) and Teenagers (wristband approx. 20 cm).<h4>Recommended Print Settings:</h4><ul><li>Filament: PLA or PETG (for better durability and flexibility, I recommend PETG, especially for the wristband).</li><li>Nozzle Size: 0.2 mm (for maximum detail accuracy; a 0.4 mm nozzle is an alternative, but the surface will then be somewhat rougher).</li><li>Layer Height: 0.12–0.16 mm (0.12 mm for the best quality, 0.16 mm for faster print times).</li><li>Infill: At least 20% (Gyroid or Cubic for a good balance between stability and material consumption; increased to 30–40% for more robustness).</li><li>Walls: 3–4 perimeter (for case stability).</li><li>Top/Bottom Layers: 4–5 layers (for a smooth surface).</li><li>Print Speed: 50–80 mm/s (slower for fine details such as the logo and threaded inserts).</li><li>Bed Temperature: 60 °C for PLA, 80 °C for PETG.</li><li>Nozzle Temperature: 200–210 °C for PLA, 230–240 °C for PETG.</li><li>Supports: Only where necessary (e.g., for overhangs on the wristband); Tree supports recommended to minimize marks.</li><li>Print Time (estimated): Approx. 2–3 hours per case, depending on size and settings.</li></ul><h4>Additional Printing Tips:</h4><ul><li>Integrate Logo: Please always print the model with the integrated logo – this is a must to keep the design authentic.
