Description

This classic Christmas star design takes advantage of 45-degree-angled walls to create a dynamic and volumetric form, while remaining extremely lightweight and easy to print. This approach leads to a nice mix of highlights and shadows on the model. Weighing in at only 44.6 g, thanks to the thin walls (2.4 mm), this topper is rigid and sits comfortably atop the tree, without  bending the top branch.

After printing and gluing two of them together, the slot diameter of the base measures 12 mm. This is ideal for a smaller-sized tree. The design scales well, simply scale uniformly as necessary.
