🔋 XT60 → USB QC3.0 Charger Adapter (Compact Version)
This adapter converts an FPV or LiPo battery with an XT60 connector into a portable QC3.0 fast charger.
It is designed to power smartphones, cameras, walkie-talkies, flashlights, or other devices directly from field batteries.
The adapter's design is engineered to be printed without supports, compact, lightweight, and easy to assemble
⚙️ Design Features
- Reliable XT60 connector retainer, which can be secured with a screw or a drop of glue through the service hole.
- The internal space is designed for a QC3.0 Buck Converter (6–32V → 5/9/12V).
- Metal keyring eyelet: a furniture nail (steel pin Ø1–2 mm) is used, which serves as an axis for a ring or carabiner.
This solution is made instead of a plastic eyelet, which can break under load over time.

⚠️ Warning
FPV/LiPo batteries do not have built-in over-discharge protection (BMS).
After connecting, monitor the voltage level — prolonged use can over-discharge the battery and damage it.
✅ The current voltage is displayed on the screen (or external voltmeter) — do not allow it to drop below 3.2 V per cell
Minimum safe voltage for LiPo batteries:
| Configuration | Number of cells | Minimum per cell | Minimum total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 🔋 3S | 3 | 3.2 V | 9.6 V |
| 🔋 4S | 4 | 3.2 V | 12.8 V |
| 🔋 5S | 5 | 3.2 V | 16.0 V |
| 🔋 6S | 6 | 3.2 V | 19.2 V |
💡 Tip: For greater LiPo longevity, do not discharge below 3.3 V/cell.
You can use a LiPo-Alarm or a small voltmeter to monitor the charge level.
