Compared to the V2, the new V3 is even smaller and now it can stand by itself. Tolerances and dedicated print profile for BambuLab printers: Raft/brim no longer needed. 

Summary

Version 2.0 of my foldable pocket comb! It's smaller! It's lighter! --.... and yeah, that's about it...

My version 1.0 was designed from ground up, and this is an evolution of my version 1.0 which is smaller, but retains tooth strength for durability.

It's still as easy to print as version 1, and also as easy to assemble although I made the tolerances a bit tighter in this version 2.

• 0.2mm layer height (you can go 0.15 or 0.1 if you prefer a cleaner print)
 

• 3 walls

• 15% infill

• Print on raft (to make the teeth adhere and be smooth)

• No support! (Just print the cover standing and the comb lying on the side as the ASSEMBLED file suggests)
