This adapter allows the mounting of a Manfrotto 501PL Quick Release System (e.g. https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0BTHVRRMQ) on a Skywatcher AZ-GTi mount.

Print Settings

Assembly

  1. Unscrew the original AZ-GTi Vixen adapter.
  2. Mount the 3D adapter to the AZ-GTi with M4 × 16 countersunk screws.
  3. QR adapter: countersink existing holes in the QR adapter.
  4. Secure the QR adapter with M5 × 16 zinc screws.
    • The M5 threads in the 3D print are pre-formed and can be screwed directly with good strength.
