Multifunctional Inertial Dumbbell

This dumbbell is designed with the principle of inertia. Its handle can slide, and both ends are equipped with a flexible spring buffer system. By shaking the dumbbell back and forth, users can effectively exercise their grip strength, forearm muscles, chest muscles, and other parts.

The entire model is made of 3D printed parts. It gains weight by filling with water and uses inertia to increase exercise intensity. The tail design allows multiple dumbbells to be connected together to increase weight.
