Description

These replacement wheels were specially developed for the floor nozzle of a Philips vacuum cleaner. They serve as durable replacements for worn or defective original wheels and provide quiet and gentle gliding over various floor types thanks to the flexible TPU material.

The model consists of two main components:

1. Wheel (TPU95) – provides flexibility, damping, and floor protection.
2. Inlay (PETG) – a precise, rigid inner bearing for stable axle mounting.

The PETG inlay is precisely pressed into the TPU wheel and sits firmly without wobbling or coming loose.

  • Wheel: TPU 95A (e.g. Prusament, eSun, etc.)

  • Inlay: PETG

     

• Print Resolution:

   0.2 mm layer height

   

• Infill:
  • Wheel: 100 % for maximum stability

  • Inlay:  Standard

     

• Tolerances:

  • Press fit between inlay and wheel (slight interference fit)

     

• Print Orientation:
  • Wheel flat on its side
  • Inlay flat on the wide surface

Assembly

1. Carefully press the PETG inlay into the TPU wheel
2. Afterward, the wheel can be inserted into the floor nozzle like the original part.
