UPDATE 17/04/2026
The main body, small legs and 0.33cl adaptor (Plate no 7) were revised regarding some unsymmetrical issues

UPDATE 21/03/2026

  • It was added a new component (To be mounted under the main body, attached to the main legs)
This new component will guide the beer in a better way in order to increase the performance (for some other types of bottles)
  • The magnets holes (Main body and lever) were increased in order to be an easier job to place them

UPDATE 11/02/2026

  • The main body was reinforced and a space for inserting a magnet (which will hold the lever) was added, and a slot for inserting the new 0.33CL adapter was also added
  • Improved base
  • The top part of the lever was modified for the insertion of an 8x3mm magnet (to attach to the main body and keep the lever in place)
  • The front legs were extended by 2cm to compensate for the change in the main body
  • 0.33CL adapter improved and tested correctly (If the 0.33 beer does not fit into the adapter, try opening it without the adapter)

UPDATE 02/12/2025:

500ml and 330ml ALL IN ONE (I honestly got drunk with so many tests ;) )

V3 is available

In this version, the 500ML option was added

  • The Mortar was updated with an improved lever, which allows selecting the type of beer to be opened
  • The feet were improved
  • The diameter was widened so that it can be used with most beer bottles (500ML and 330ML)

Printing in PETG or another resistant material is recommended! PLA also works, but durability is compromised

In this version, the lever must be assembled as follows

Insert the spring into the upper part of the lever (Image from a previous draft version)

Close the spring compartment with the cover, using a little glue (Image from a previous draft version)

Press the spring and insert the upper part of the lever into the lower part, thus completing the lever assembly

Insert an M3x12 screw into the upper part of the lever, until it is flush with it. This will serve as reinforcement

Secure the lever to the main body with two M4x12 screws (one on each side)

Assemble the main legs (thicker tubes) on the main body and assemble the base

Assemble the legs and feet with the adapters, using 4 M4x20 screws with their respective M4 nuts

  • For 500ML Long Neck bottles, use the upper hole of the lever (Tested bottles are in the photos)

  • For shorter 500ML bottles, use the second hole of the lever (counting from the top)

  • For 330ML bottles, use the two bottom holes, the third from the top for 23cm bottles and the last hole for bottles slightly smaller than 23cm

A REDUCER FOR SOME 330CL BOTTLES IS AVAILABLE IF NEEDED

Required Material for V3.1:

4 M4x20 screws with nuts

2 M4x12 screws for attaching the lever to the main body

1 M3x12 screw for the top of the lever

2 8mmx3mm Magnets

UPDATE 16/11/2025:

  • The main body was changed (Increased beer entry diameter, changed lever position, added two supports (before there was only one), reinforced main body)
  • The base and feet were changed (greater angle inclination)
  • Added other feet and TPU print profile
  • Lever with improved design, screw removed from the lever
  • Guide removed from the main support, now the lever is there

PLEASE EVALUATE THE PRINT PROFILE AND NOT DUE TO INCOMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR BOTTLES!

Fun guaranteed with friends

This is a mortar-style beer opener

You just have to insert the beer into the mortar (0.33CL and 0.50CL ONLY) and let it drop

PS: It also serves as a warm beer detector. If the beer is not cold, the cap will be shot off; Don't waste beer!!!

Have fun

I am available to answer your questions

I recommend using TPU for the bases (main base and feet base) for better cushioning and anti-slip
