Parametric T-Slot Extrusion Cover

Change your t-slot extrusions to any color you can print!

This is a fun idea I came up with while working on some aluminum extrusion projects.  You print these covers in Vase Mode and they just slide over the extrusion like a sleeve.  The opening only gets marginally smaller so most hardware will still fit just fine.

I modeled it in Fusion360 and the file is included in the downloads so you can measure the dimensions on your T-Slot extrusion and enter them into the Parameters in the Fusion file, then input what LENGTH and OFFSET (thickness+clearance) you want.  NOTE: The offset must be the NEGATIVE of the offset you want to get bigger than the extrusion.  You could even make some sides smooth if you know how to model in Fusion.

The print profile is for the extrusion size that I have been working with which is a light version of 4040.
