🏠 Plaqueo MAX: The Screwless House Number System
This set contains the digits 1 and 2. The design goal: an absolutely clean, modern look without visible screw heads on the front.
⚙️ The System at a Glance
Installation is done in two simple steps:
- 1. The Holder (Wall Mounting): Print the separate holders. These are traditionally doweled and screwed to the wall.
- 2. The Digit (Slide On): The house numbers are designed hollow (shell design). They are slid form-fittingly (0.2 mm tolerance) over the mounted holders.
- 3. Fixation (Optional): For permanent outdoor hold and theft protection, a drop of mounting adhesive or silicone inside the digit is sufficient.
Result: A solid, floating look ("Floating Effect") or flush finish – depending on the mounting type.

📂 File Structure
To avoid confusion, the project is divided into two profiles:
- Digits: Contains numbers 1 & 2.
- Holders: Contains the matching wall mounts.
🔧 Print Recommendations (Outdoor)
- Material: PETG or ASA (for UV & weather resistance).
- Walls: 3 (For stability).
- Infill: 25% (Gyroid).
- Supports: No supports needed for the digits.
