I. Assembly Checklist
- Printed parts (17 pieces in total). Please choose whether you need the full AMS printing version based on your needs.
- Adhesive. I used 502 for assembly, but I highly recommend using UV glue for those with the means, to control imperfections.
- 3D printing polishing solution (optional). I used a 0.4 nozzle with 0.08HQ layer height configuration when printing. If you use the same configuration as mine or a rougher process, I suggest you can process the model with a polishing solution. (Please control the dosage and ensure safety)
- Matte protective varnish (optional). If you find the finished model highly reflective (matte treatment must be applied after using polishing solution), please choose a brush-on or spray-on matte protective varnish to protect the paint finish (if you choose the self-coloring version) and for anti-reflection treatment.
II. Assembly Guide (Please refer to the last model image for assembly)
- Head assembly should follow: Face sculpt (apply decals or paint in advance) → Front hair with ahoge → Blue hair accessory
- Body assembly should follow: Upper body → Left hand (empty hand) → Right hand (with gun) → Skirt → Abdomen and right leg → Left leg (please assemble the pistol in advance) → Bows on both high heels
- Base assembly should follow: Base stand → Stone tablet → Flat plate (there is no fixed position when placing, but please keep a certain distance from the right foot interface)
- Hair assembly should follow: Main body → Side hair strands (parts on the same plate as the ahoge) → Halo (gaps may exist; for poor assembly, use putty to fill gaps or fill gaps with edible alkali and then apply 502 glue)
Overall assembly order: Head → Body → Hair → Base (Please be sure to assemble in this order, otherwise assembly may not be possible)
III. Additional Notes
- This model initially provides AMS printing version (takes longer, higher cost, but no manual coloring required, coloring effect is superior to ordinary coloring) and single-color version (shorter time, lower cost, requires manual coloring, possibility of poor coloring effect not excluded).
- The model supports Bambu Lab's full range of printers. However, if you don't want the large 4:1 scale, you can adjust the size yourself (smaller scales require a 0.2 nozzle, the limit should be 8:1).
- The decal file is in the attachment; just send it to the decal printer. The default size is A7 (if you want to change the ratio, scale proportionally). After comparing sizes, choose the decal most suitable for your printed part and apply it (please search for tutorials yourself, this article will not elaborate).
- If you polish the model with polishing solution, except for individual small parts that need to be soaked for 1-2 seconds, try to brush polishing solution sparingly on other parts (to prevent damage to the model), especially the right hand (with gun), try not to brush it at all, otherwise the effect will be very poor.
