Tiltable and removable drawers S/M/L/XL for an Element System pegboard.

This is a flexible drawer/storage system for Element System pegboards.

The drawers are two-part, consisting of the drawer itself and the holder that is hung on the pegboard.

There are 4 different sizes S, M, L and XL, with a tall and a shallow version of the drawer for each size.

The holders are also available in the 4 sizes, each with an A and B version. Due to the large vertical spacing of the holes on the Element System pegboard, you can optimize the vertical arrangement of the drawers with both versions (see pictures).

If you choose the shallow version of the drawers, you can arrange the holders directly one above the other on the pegboard (vertical A-A-A arrangement). The drawers can then be pulled out and also removed. With this variant, more drawers fit on the pegboard.

If you choose the tall version of the drawer, you must arrange the holders with a slightly larger distance one above the other (vertical A-B-A-B arrangement). In this case, you can also use the built-in tilting mechanism to tilt the drawer by approximately 45 degrees after pulling it out. The drawer can, of course, also be removed in this variant.

The shallow drawers can also be tilted, by the way, provided you arrange the holders with a distance (A-B-A-B) one above the other.

The tall drawers can also be arranged closely one above the other (A-A-A), but they can then only be tilted a little and not removed.

The drawer is removed in the tilted state by slightly tilting it back and pulling it diagonally forward and upward.

Without the tilting mechanism, the shallow drawers can be removed when extended by gently lifting and then pulling them forward.

For printing, I recommend using support for overhangs. It is important to completely remove the supports, otherwise the drawer guides may be impaired.

Due to the geometry, the models tend to warp on the print bed. This should be prevented, otherwise the drawers will no longer run smoothly in the holder. Therefore, good print bed adhesion should be ensured; my recommendation is a textured print plate and a little brim. Increasing the print bed temperature by 5-10 degrees usually also helps.

Here is a list of the drawer capacities:

S shallow: 184ml

S tall: 230ml

M shallow: 299ml

M tall: 373ml

L shallow: 414ml

L tall: 516ml

XL shallow: 528ml

XL tall: 659ml

You don't have a pegboard from Element, but one from Küpper, Ikea or a Honeycomb Wall?

Happy printing!
