Description

What is needed for assembly:

1 x DIN 912 M4x30

1 x DIN 912 M3x30

2 x spacer DIN 988  5x10x0.5

1 x insert M4x8x6 (M4xH8)

1 x insert M3x6x5

soldering iron - to add threaded inserts to model

clamp - insert the spacer into the spacer adjustment “tool” (part of print files) and use clamp for a while - this will ensure that the spacer has a right angle (repeate with second spacer as well)

 

3D printing settings

  • Printed on Bambu Lab A1:
  • Best results with PETG
  • Default profile - 0.20mm Strength
  • bottom shell layers - 5
  • Sparse infill density - 55 % (up to you - even 100 is ok)
  • Support - tree auto
