Description

! Exhaust Fan Compatible Chute is out ! :)

This version compatible with exhaust fan is very thin.
Why ?
Because now i can't make a box outside of the chute to give the interior box more strength so is very elastic. and will fall during printing.
This way i reduced the weight and even in violent shakes of the printer, it won't fall.
I recommend the PETG version because PETG is not sticky. PLA is by it's own a sticky material and i had to reduce the angle of the chute just to be compatible with side mount of the fan.

V3 is here ! NOT Compatible with Exhaust Fan

ASA profile is out ! Print it at your own risk :)

## ASA IMPORTANT NOTICE  ! ! !  ##

##########################

ASA WILL BEND !
But this is happening because this is how ASA is behaving.
At top you will have some small layer shifting, this is happening because ASA is flexible and toolhead is moving fast, giving a wiggle to the model.
You can eliminate this by setting the acceleration and movement speed of the toolhead slower.
Having in count that this a functional print and will stay in the back of the printer, i am happy with it being functional but not so pretty and  print it in 4 hours instead of 6 or 7.

The chute from photos was printed in a room with constant 25 °C and i was using a DEFLECTOR for AUX FAN because i don't want it to cool fast.

Also don't forget to use glue stick on the plate !

---------------------------------------

Some of you had problems with this chute falling off; this is due positive pressure printing enclosure. P2S doesn't have an exhaust fan like P1S has and because of this you can't control the exhaust of hot air. So the hot air follows the path with least resistance and is getting out through poop chute hole. In time this hot air softens PLA and the chute will fall. So we need a better heat resistant material like PETG or ASA.

Poop slider for P2S, going on left side of the printer.

I am using it for over a week and i didn't have problems with it.
