Boel iTap Holder for Bench Bottle Capper

This is a holder for the Boel iTap bottle-filling system, designed to fit directly onto a standard bench bottle capper with a 20×20 mm vertical stand.

It allows you to reuse your existing capper stand in two ways:

• Replace the capping head entirely with the iTap holder, or
• Mount it beside the capping head, so both filling and capping can be used on the same frame.

Perfect for small breweries and home brewers who want a compact and stable bottling setup.

The holder features teardrop-shaped mounting holes that ensure accurate geometry while allowing the model to be printed without any support material — the holes still meet dimensional specifications after printing.

It also includes extra holes for M5 screws, so the holder can be mounted independently (without the original capping head) if desired.

All edges are rounded to eliminate sharp, high-acceleration “bang-bang” moves from the printhead, ensuring smoother printing and reduced vibration during high-speed PETG-HF prints.

Fits perfectly on a 20×20 mm post — adjust scaling ±1 % if your capper column is slightly off-spec.
