Description

This is a battery welding holder designed to assemble and spot weld 12 cylindrical cells 18650.
The form precisely aligns the cells in a 3 × 4 grid layout, ensuring even spacing and a stable position during welding or gluing.

The holder helps maintain consistent contact points for nickel strips and improves the overall accuracy and safety of the battery pack assembly process.
It can be 3D printed easily without supports and is suitable for both DIY and professional battery pack builders.
