Description
Very fast print & easy assembly (glue together)!
Minimalist watch stand with a curved bracket. Neatly presents wristwatches and smartwatches on the table/shelf – the wide support protects the strap, and the heavy base ensures stability.
The model is designed in 3 parts (base, bridge, bracket) and is glued after printing.
Print recommendation (Bambulab H2D / 0.4 mm nozzle):
- Layer height: 0.20 mm (optional adaptive 0.12–0.24 mm on the bracket)
- Walls (wall lines): Base 4, bridge/bracket 6
- Top/Bottom: 6
- Infill: Base 15–20% Gyroid (or Cubic), bridge 25–30% Cubic, bracket 18–22% Gyroid
- Orientation: Base flat; bracket flat (fast) or on edge for maximum toughness (more supports and possibly some loss of optical quality)
- Supports (if the bracket is printed on edge): only from bed, organic/tree, angle 50–55°, density 15%, interface 2–3 layers
- Brim: 6–8 mm on the bracket to prevent wobbling
- Material: PLA (easy) – for warm locations PETG/ASA
Assembly:
Superglue simply apply to the attachment points and press the components firmly for a few seconds until the glue cures.
Optionally, attach felt/rubber pads to the bracket and under the base (to avoid scratches & slipping).
Scaling/Adjusting:
Generally fits common watches. If the strap/circumference is different: scale uniformly in the slicer (e.g., 95–105%). For very heavy metal straps, print the bridge/bracket with +1 wall line or higher infill.
