Description

A single-piece Airbox / Airfilter for the Sachs 503 Mopeds, different versions for different carburetors are available, make sure to use the correct one.

You need to pause the 3D Print in the right moment so you can place the actual 52mm diameter filter. This is the standard air filter to use.

The Airflow of this filter can be adjusted by using the different kind of tubes available, they can easily be screwed in and changed quickly.

It is recommended to print this in TPU (Flexfill 98A) and 7 perimeters.

Printing:

  • The material recommended is TPU. It is the most resistant to oil, fuel and strong vibrations.
  • Recommended layer height is 0.2mm.
  • This airbox is designed to use a 52mm diameter metallic air filter like this one.
  • You need to add a print pause on layer 275, then put in the metallic filter, the continue to print it
