Description
I have created a full tutorial on how to design, print, and assemble the power bank, so I won't go into too many details here (see video at the end of the description). My print profile has all the correct settings for this print, including a part that needs to print solid (so you can drill out, and insert a screw to keep the charging module in place).
I used one M2.5 x 8 screw to hold the module in place. Print out the Modeule Sled, and place the charging module in place. Mark with a pencil where you need to drill the hole for the screw.
I printed this with Bambu Lab's PLA Tough+
