đ Key Features and Usage
- Posture Correction: The pads demand active engagement of the muscles in the feet, glutes, and core to maintain balance, encouraging proper alignment.
- Deep Core Activation: Regular use helps strengthen the deep stabilization system crucial for supporting the spine and maintaining good posture.
- Two Difficulty Levels: The set includes models with a flat base (for easier balance) and a rounded base (for higher difficulty and more intense activation).
- Rehabilitation Aid: Excellent for targeted exercises following ankle or knee injuries, and for general physical therapy.
Its printed in basic Bambulab PLA with strong infill. Tested.
Inspiration for this model was detailed description of some medical tool from my friend.
