P2S Dedicated Rear Full Enclosure Fan Exhaust Filter (Compatible with Official Exhaust Kit)

1. Fully updated. Based on feedback, the poop chute has been enlarged to prevent clogging

3. The fan uses a magnetic attachment method, with eight 8*2mm magnets. Four magnets are attached to the four holes of the official fan, and four to the casing's holes. If it's an external exhaust version, an additional four magnets are needed for the external exhaust interface. Please pay attention to the polarity

4. If you don't have an official fan, you can purchase a 9cm model, 2.5cm thick. The casing size is approximately 9.2*9.2cm, with a USB interface. The casing has a reserved 3mm wire slot; just route the wire out and plug it into the USB port in front of the P2

5. The magnetic poop bin has been removed and replaced with a pull-out type, to prevent excessive waste from falling off due to being overweight

6. The filter I custom-ordered is still 100*100*20 in size, so an additional casing needs to be printed. If a 106*118*20 size is custom-ordered, then the filter casing does not need to be printed

If the fan size doesn't fit well, just attach four magnets to make it magnetic

2025/12/20 Updated external exhaust. The base plate is more stable, and there is no need to purchase additional screws, as the ones included with the machine can be used. The filter was removed. The duct interface uses eight 6*2 strong magnets, for a total of 16. The large Bambu poop bin uses eight 6*3 strong magnets, for a total of 8, for easy removal

2025/12/15 Updated the official exhaust casing. Modified according to the official casing size, there might be slight dimensional deviations. A 6-pin interface is reserved; no stock, so unable to test. Those with a control board and fan can print and check

2025/12/14 Updated the pull-out filter replacement, optimized the clasp, and optimized the Bambu poop bin connection method, changing it to magnetic for easy removal. Threaded holes were added on the right side, making the base plate more stable (the two holes above and below the air outlet are not threaded, so they might wobble)

Just received the P2S. I've never used an enclosure before, only had mini and A1. After reviewing the information, I learned that there are exhaust vents on the back. Currently, I only print PLA and PETG, and there are two air purifiers indoors, so no external exhaust was set up. Only a simple filter was made to address plastic particles and odors exhausted from the back. The filters are custom-ordered online, 5 pieces with activated carbon for 30 yuan, size 100*100*20mm

The model is slightly larger than the filter, so it includes a filter casing. If the filter is custom-ordered to a maximum size of 118*107*20mm, then the filter casing does not need to be printed. The fan is a 9cm model, 2.5cm thick, with a casing size of approximately 9.2*9.2cm and a USB interface, costing 4.41 yuan. Plug it directly into the front USB port when printing

The base plate has four threaded holes, which can be tightened with scraper screws or by purchasing some M3*6 hex socket screws. To facilitate filter replacement, the clasp was redesigned, and it's not as tight as the initial version. Later, when I have time, I will add a base plate with a rotating clasp. The magnetic base plate has been tested; although 8 magnets can hold it, the P2S vibrates quite a bit, so it's not being considered. If you have silicone strips at home, you can also apply them around the base plate to increase sealing
