FlexiSeal is a fully parametric, print-in-place 3D bag clip designed for any type of bag — not just coffee or food pouches.
You can easily adjust wall thickness, clip length, and jaw width to match your needs — from lightweight snack bags to heavy-duty packaging.
The model was carefully designed so that the parametric version generated through MakerWorld’s custom settings is ready to print directly in Bambu Studio, without any manual modifications.
When importing, Bambu Studio may show a “floating objects” warning — this can be safely ignored: simply enable those parts, select “support only critical areas”, and the warning will disappear without generating unnecessary supports.
🧠 Completely print-in-place:
Do not change the layout or reposition the parts on the print bed — the original placement ensures correct tolerances and avoids layer adhesion or clearance issues between moving parts.
Perfect for keeping things sealed, organized, or tidy around the workshop, kitchen, or office.
Created in a parametric CAD (e.g., Fusion 360 / FreeCAD), the model is customizable, easy to adapt, and optimized for MakerWorld’s parametric system and Bambu Studio slicing.

🖨️ Print Settings
- Material: PETG (recommended for best strength/flexibility)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 20–30% (increase for higher resistance)
- Walls: 3–4 perimeters (for a stronger clip)
- Supports: none required — if warning appears, choose support only critical areas
- Orientation: flat on the bed (do not rearrange objects)
