Parametric Universal Cap Tether.
Originally designed to replicate the gas cap tether of a Barletta Corsa pontoon boat, but it may also be adapted for other purposes such as for the gas caps of other boats, lawn mowers, ATVs, snowmobiles, dirt bikes etc.; It even works as a replacement tether for a Nalgene bottle cap!
