RockShox 35 Gold RL Fender

Upgrade your trail protection with this custom-designed RockShox 35 Gold RL Front Fender. This fender is easy to mount and helps keep mud, water, and debris off your body, face. 

Compatibility

This model is designed specifically for the RockShox 35 Gold RL fork with the 3-bolt fender mounting pattern.
Before printing, check your fork matches the shape in the photos, as other RockShox 35 variations use different bolt spacing.

You’ll need:

• Three (3) M5 bolts
• Length: 10–12mm

Material Recommendations

After extensive trail testing and crashes, different materials performed very differently:

• PETG: Too brittle—tended to crack on landings or harsh G-outs
• TPU 95A: Works, but can flex too much without added walls
• TPU 64D: Best balance—stiffer, more durable, and holds shape under load

The included print profile uses Bambu Labs TPU (AMS-friendly) for consistent, durable results.

Print Settings

• Material: TPU for AMS
• Orientation: Print on its side
• Supports: Tree supports
• Optional Fuzzy Skin Profile Also Added!
