Description

Compact, reinforced 90° bracket for shelves, desks, or cabinet sides. Size 100×100×30 mm.

It has 4× countersunk holes (Ø4 mm, 90°)—two for the shelf/board and two for the wall/side—so screw heads sit flush.

Printed in ASA/ABS for better mechanical characteristics heat and UV resistance (good near windows, garages, or printer enclosures).

Strong for its size: The gusseted web puts material where it works, so you get high stiffness without over-printing.

Printing (ASA)

  • Orientation: Lay it with the triangular web flat on the bed. Prints support-free and is stronger.
  • Temps: Nozzle 255–265 °C, bed 95–105 °C. Warm enclosure if possible.
  • Cooling: 0–10% after the first layers. Avoid drafts.
  • Adhesion: 5–8 mm brim.
  • Quality/strength: Layer 0.20 mm, 4–5 perimeters (~2.0–2.4 mm walls), min 4 top/bottom layers, 50% infill (gyroid/cubic). Use ~60% infill for heavier loads.
  • Material notes: ASA preferred. PETG is fine indoors. PLA not recommended for warm/sunny spots or heavy load.

Load (real-world guidance, not a certification)

Actual capacity depends on print quality, anchors, and material.

  • Per bracket @ 100 mm projection: ~12–18 kg safe working load with 4× Ø4–5 mm screws and the print settings above (≈2.5× safety factor).
  • Two brackets under one shelf: ~24–36 kg evenly spread.
  • Easy rule: Deeper shelves = lower capacity.
At 150 mm projection, plan for ~12 kg per bracket.

Be gentle when screwing with electric screw driver. If you apply too much torque the screw head may delaminate the part.
