Not everyone is allowed to drive everywhere! Whether it's an exclusive company parking lot, a toll booth, or secured access to the fire station – with this interactive barrier module, the little police officers and gatekeepers in the children's room maintain full control over traffic

This expansion for your Road Basic Set consists of a short, compact straight section equipped with two movable barrier arms. Of course, this element is also fully compatible with the well-known wooden train track connectors (puzzle system) and offers the usual flat roadway for small die-cast metal cars (scale 1:64 and 1:87)

🌟 The highlights of this expansion:

• Two independent barriers: The module has separate barriers for the left and right lanes. This way, oncoming traffic can be held up while the other side has free passage!
• Full interaction: Children can open and close the barriers by hand. Huge role-playing fun at every traffic control
• Versatile scenarios: Build the module directly in front of the large 4-bay parking lot to simulate a restricted parking zone, or use it as an access restriction for special buildings like the prison or the hospital
• Compact design: As a short straight section, the module does not take up much space and can be wonderfully integrated into existing road networks

⚙️ My Print Settings & print profile

All my uploaded 3D models are designed by myself and extensively tested in practice. To guarantee you a perfect print, I have successfully printed the model with the following settings. These values are stored in the print profile:

• Material: Bambu Lab PLA Basic
• nozzle size (nozzle): 0.4 mm
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Wall loops: 3
• Infill: 7% (Pattern: Gyroid)
• Reinforcement: 30% Infill (Gyroid) at strategic weak points for maximum stability

🖨️ Compatibility & Requirements for your Printer

This design is engineered to be easily printable on any common 3D printer

• Compact Design: The model only requires a print bed size of 180 x 180 mm. This makes it 100% compatible with compact printers like the Bambu Lab A1 mini
• Important note on print bed adhesion: To avoid warping or detachment of the model, I require an absolutely clean and grease-free print bed. Please thoroughly clean your print plate before starting (e.g., with warm water and dish soap or isopropanol)
